The coaching services are provided by:

The contracted service is personal training and nutrition coaching, which includes: a tailor-made plan, direct contact with Naiche and Eidan, regular follow-up, access to the Athlete Portal and the app, and a digital HH Diploma upon completion of the onboarding process.

The training and nutrition content is for guidance only and does not replace the diagnosis or treatment of a licensed medical or healthcare professional.

The HH Athlete Diploma is a symbolic recognition by the brand, with no academic or professional validation, and it does not certify any qualification before third parties. More details in the Legal Notice.

This service is intended for people over 18 years of age. By purchasing it, you declare that you are of legal age.

Prices are shown in euros and include the applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; we do not store or have access to your card details. After each payment, you will receive an invoice by email.

If you pay from outside the euro area, the Stripe checkout page may offer you the option to pay in your local currency. In that case, Stripe applies its own exchange rate, which includes a conversion fee charged by Stripe, not by HH Athletes. You can avoid it by choosing to pay in euros. Invoices are always issued in euros.

The plan you choose (monthly, 3-month, or 6-month) renews automatically at the end of each period, and the corresponding amount is charged to the same payment method, unless you cancel it before the renewal.

You can cancel the renewal at any time from your Athlete Portal ("Manage subscription" button) or by writing to us at hybridhhathletes@gmail.com. The cancellation applies to the next period, without penalty, and you will keep access to the service until the end of the period already paid for.

Your coaching begins as soon as payment is confirmed, and unfolds in two stages:

• From the very first minute: access to the Athlete Portal and the app, the onboarding questionnaire, and direct contact with Naiche and Eidan.
• Within approximately 7 calendar days of providing us with all the necessary information (questionnaire, photographs, anthropometric measurements, injury history, and weekly availability): you receive your personalized training modules and nutrition plan in the Portal.

That period is not a waiting list. It is the time we spend studying your case: analyzing your answers and photographs, calculating your needs from your measurements, reviewing your injury history, and designing from scratch training modules and a nutrition plan that fit you. It is handcrafted work on your specific case, which is why it is not instantaneous.

If you take a while to send us the information, the period starts counting from when we receive it in full. If at any point we expected to exceed it, we would let you know through the Portal chat.

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of its conclusion, without giving any reason and without penalty. To exercise it, you simply need to inform us unequivocally by email at hybridhhathletes@gmail.com, or by using the form you will find at the end of these terms.

If you have asked us to start immediately—the box you check when purchasing—and then withdraw within the period, you must pay us the proportionate part of the service already provided up to the moment you inform us of your decision, in accordance with Article 108.3 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. In practice:

• If we have not yet delivered your case study or your plans: you are refunded the full amount.
• If we have already carried out the study of your case and delivered your training modules and your nutrition plan: that part of the service has been provided and corresponds to 50% of the amount of the first period, a percentage that reflects the real weight of the initial analysis and the design of the plans within the service.
• The remainder is refunded to you within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method you used.

Under Article 103(a) of the same law, the right of withdrawal lapses once the contracted service has been fully performed within that period, where you expressly requested it and acknowledged this consequence when purchasing.

HH Guarantee: regardless of all the above, if after assessing your case we conclude that you are not a good fit for the method, we will refund your money in full, whether or not you have withdrawn.

As a consumer, you can also turn to your local Consumer Arbitration Board (Junta Arbitral de Consumo) or to the European Consumer Centre in Spain (cec.consumo.gob.es) if you are a consumer in the European Union.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by consumer and user protection legislation in your country of residence if you are a consumer within the European Union.

We may update these terms to adapt them to legislative or service changes. The current version will always be available on this page, indicating the date of the last update.
