Deletion
This page explains how to request the deletion of the data we process through the Instagram automated messaging of the @eidanhurtadoathlete account, managed through the "Eidan Cold Blood" dashboard. For all other processing of data by HH Athletes, see our Privacy Policy.
1. What data you can ask us to delete
Through the integration with the Instagram API, we may process the following data associated with your interaction with the @eidanhurtadoathlete account:
- The content of the direct messages (DMs) and comments you have sent to the account.
- Your Instagram user identifier associated with the conversation (Instagram-scoped ID or IGSID).
- The multimedia content (audio, image, or video) that the system has sent you as an automated reply.
You can request the complete deletion of these data at any time.
2. How to request deletion
Send us an email at hybridhhathletes@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion — Instagram", stating the Instagram username (@) you wrote to us from.
We will verify the request and delete from our systems the message and comment history associated with your user identifier.
3. Response time
We will handle your request within a maximum of 30 days of receiving it, and we will confirm by email once the deletion has been completed.
4. Your rights
In addition to this specific channel, you have at all times the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability set out in our Privacy Policy, as well as the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD) (aepd.es).
